Meet Ralph Reynolds, the brilliant Sommelier at the acclaimed Aubergine Restaurant in Cape Town. Reynolds represented Team SA at the World Blindtasting Championships before joining chef-owner Harald Bresselschmidt and the Aubergine team in 2016.
As a member of the South African Sommeliers Association (SASA), Ralph’s love for all things vinous is palpable and at Aubergine Bresselschmidt orchestrates a daily celebration of food and wine. The restaurant also clinched two Star Wine List Awards – Best Sparkling Wine List and the prestigious Grand Prix for the finest wine list.
